Narinder Kaur (Jessica) has a background in community management and has worked in a variety of sectors. Jessica has a wealth of experience in broadcasting having worked at stations such as Secklow Sounds, Lyca Radio, and Panjab Radio.

Chris Gregg has 30 years of experience at the helm of heritage commercial radio stations and launching two community radio stations on FM including one on regional DAB.  He is currently the Managing Director of Revolution Radio in Northampton and has a wealth of connections in the business and third sector in Milton Keynes from his time as founder of MKFM. 

Rash is director of the UK arm of digris, the expert DAB transmission specialists. Prior to this he has overseen radio station design and installation and was awarded an M.B.E. for his pioneering work in the development of small-scale DAB.

Paul has been active in the radio industry since the early 1980s. He brings to MK DAB experience in the establishment and build-out of radio services, regulatory matters including DAB policy and licensing and a combined skill set of operational management and business know-how.

Matt is a former Managing Director at Orion Media, having previously worked in a senior role at The Wireless Group. He is an accomplished radio professional and entrepreneur with experience at working with clients at all levels.

Raj has been involved in the media and entertainment industry since the young age of 13. Director of the Award winning Sunrise Radio, Raj brings a wealth of experience to the team.
